This website belongs to Gervas Surf, which offers surf lessons and coaching at Nelayan Beach, Canggu, Bali. This page explains what happens with your data when you visit the site or get in touch.
What this website collects
Nothing directly. There are no contact forms, accounts or ads, and the site itself doesn’t set cookies. The fonts are stored on this website, so no data goes to Google Fonts.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify. To deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
When you tap a WhatsApp button, the WhatsApp app or website opens with a message ready for you to send. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and your messages are handled under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
I use your name, number and messages only to answer your questions and arrange lessons. I don’t sell or share them with anyone else.
Google Maps, Google reviews, Instagram and TikTok
The map on the homepage only loads when you tap “Show the map”. From then on Google receives data such as your IP address and may set cookies. The links to Google reviews, Instagram and TikTok take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply: Google, Instagram and TikTok.
Your rights
You can ask which of your details I have, and ask me to correct or delete them. Send a message on WhatsApp (+62 813-3684-866).
Changes
If anything on the website changes, for example if statistics are added, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
